Cutting Board Care Guide

Hand Wash Only  Do not use in a dishwasher or keep submerged in water.  

Cleaning  Wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry immediately with a towel. Store in a dry area.  

Drying  Always dry on its edge, not flat. Consider a cutting board stand for better airflow.  

Odor Removal  Rub with coarse salt and half a lemon, or use baking soda for stronger deodorizing.  

Sanitizing  Wipe with a vinegar solution (1 part vinegar to 5 parts water).  

Conditioning  Regularly apply food-grade mineral oil to prevent drying. For extra protection, use the provided board butter, let it absorb, then buff.
